Natural Material Disclaimer

Wood is a natural material and varies widely even from within the same tree. Grain flow, color, and overall design will vary between finished products. No guarantee is provided or expressed to match any two or more items.

Production Time

Stumped Goat Woodworks is a small business registered in Michigan as a sole proprietorship. As a one man operation, Stumped Goat Woodworks is run as a part time hobby shop while I maintain a full time career. I understand the desire of instant satisfaction when making purchases, but I am not in the market to compete with high volume facilities or offer next day shipping. I will, however, do my best to provide realistic expectations for production and shipping timeframes. Local delivery is also an option that can be discussed.

Quality Control

My goal is to provide you with the best quality products that I am capable of producing. When it comes to my finished work, I am my own biggest critic and will not let any item leave my shop until I am satisfied with the results. For items containing custom designs or customer supplied images/logos/etc. I will send screenshots, photos, or other methods of digital proof for approval before cutting, engraving, or producing a project.

Return Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of each item, refunds and exchanges will only be permitted for items lost or damaged in shipping, or for custom items that do not match what was approved before production. If other concerns arise about the product I will happily work with you to meet your expectations.​​​​
